- When You Contact Us: If you email, call, or message via WhatsApp, we keep a record of your communication.
- Photos & Videos: If you participate in performances, in-person practice, or are featured in class testimonials, we may photograph or record you. We ask for your permission before using your image or video in marketing materials.
- Website Activity: Like most websites, we may use basic analytics to understand how you use our site (which pages you visit, how long you stay). This helps us improve your experience.

Our live Zoom classes are recorded for educational purposes:

- Who Can Access: Class recordings are stored securely on our Zoom drive. Only you and our instructors can access them.
- Privacy: Recordings are not published publicly or shared on social media without your written permission. They remain private for review only.
- Your Consent: By enrolling in classes, you agree that we may record sessions for student review. If you prefer not to be recorded, please contact us before your first class.
How Long We Keep Your Information
- Class Enrollment Records: We keep enrollment information for 2 years (for scheduling, billing, and program improvement).
- Performance Booking Inquiries: Kept for 1 year, then deleted unless you request to stay in touch.
- Class Recordings: Stored for 1 year after the class session ends, then archived or deleted.
- Email Communication: Kept for 2 years or as long as necessary to answer your questions.
- Marketing/Testimonial Photos: Stored indefinitely (unless you ask us to remove them).
Your Rights & Choices
